Hi!

I am trying to connect the down beat and up together and the "E" and "A" together with the stems in opposite directions. Below is *ALMOST* how I want it to look, minus the extra beam sticking out. I was able to achieve this by Frankenstein-ing beams and stems around and I know there has to be an easier way to do it.

I am using the latest version of Finale on a MacBook.

Please help, I'm going crazy!
