I am locked out of printing and saving because my authorization has expired. But I have authorized twice and have an email confirmation from Finale. When I try to reauthorize, I get the message that I have already authorized. Yet I'm still locked out. This has rendered Finale useless to me for three weeks, No success getting through to phone help or finding a solution. I started a chat with Mr. Dutton, but got cut off.
