Finale 2014

OS: Windows 10

I'm trying to display banjo chokes (bends) in tabs where the bent to note has a stem. I can hide the bent to note, but would like to keep the stem if possible. Here is an image that demonstrates what I'm talking about. 

Also, if I try to add another note in the bent to (like a chord), it hides that note as well and it shouldn't be. In that 2nd bend, the 0 should be displayed.

Instead of hiding the notehead, replace the notehead with a different font character, e. g. the space character.

This is done in Special Tools Tool, sub-tool Note Shape Tool.

Excellent! I changed it to a space character which made a gap, so I just set the size to 1%

How do I add stems, etc. to my ukulele tabs. I think I had it at one time, but cannot find them again. Thanks in advance!
