I'm using the trial version of V25 with Windows 10 and ASUS laptop

I've been looking, but haven't found, or deciphered,  how to have, for example,  Flute 1 and Flute 2 on the same staff, with Flute 1 stems up and Flute 2 stems down, two rests, two fermatas etc.  In effect, combing two staves into one.  Any direction will be greatly appreciated, here on a very rainy day in Minnesota.
