Using Mac OS 10.12.5 and Finale 25.

The sound is usually OK at initial startup, but if I stop playback to do a chord correction when I resume playback I get static.

Are you plugging them directly into your Mac or into an audio interface?

I'm using Bluetooth. Also, noticed that in Bluetooth preferences the headphones were selected as the input. How this could happen is a mystery, but changed it to built in mic. Not sure yet, but this seems to have fixed the issue.
