I've been back and forth on and off for four months with MM on this issue, but still no luck, so thought I'd try here. Brush drums won't play back, despite countless steps dictated by MM, including a full reinstallation.
Since I can't attach the document, I'm not sure how to properly address this or show the details.
Is this part of a drum kit?
What Garritan Library?
Can you pull up ARIA while a problem score is loaded and tell me exactly the name of the instrument or kit that is giving you trouble?
If this is being played through Finale, there might be issues with your mapping in Finale as well, but lets try to rule out a problem with the kit first (some of the Garritan drum kits do have an issue or two, but they can be fixed).
