Just downloaded PrintMusic, no sound, MIDI keyboard causing freezes

Hi, everyone! I just downloaded PrintMusic 2014 for Windows 10. The initial error message I receive at every startup is, "audio engine failed to load, please restart." Which may lead to the reason why I am not getting any sound. On top of that, if I try to use the iRigKeys25 MIDI keyboard that I just purchased, it cause the program to freeze. I may have bought the MIDI keyboard a bit premature to figuring out PrintMusic first. Don't see why it should make it freeze. Thanks for your time!

Let's forget the keybord for now, and just try to get you sound.

On the second try, does the program load?

In the MIDI menu, is MIDI THRU checked?

MIDI thru is checked. I matched the article with my presets. Didn't seem to get any sound to come through. Not sure what VST is and if that could be related. I'm still getting 'audio engine' error message

After a second check, MIDI is showing 'none.' Doesn't seem to give any second options.

What happens if you check Auto-detect midi devices?

If you have nothing showing in that MIDI IN side, I might try to uninstall and reinstall the program.

I'm on a Mac, so the windows aren't exactly the same.
