I think that this is not any bug in Finale and it should be discussed rather with Apple support, but since I know what they would say I am asking you, experienced users, who might have the same problem.

I use and like Apple bluetooth mouse, because I can use it for scrolling left-right and up-down and I like its shape.

Unfortunately it is too sensitive and I quite often have to repeat left click two, three, even more times to open speedy window in certain bar, for example.

Is there any chance to avoid this?

There are the various settings in your preferences. 

 

One of the little known features of Apple support is that, every time an OS update occurs is that phone support is available. You do need to be running the latest version of the Mac OS, of course. Drill through the Support request pages till you see it, then request a phone call.

Hello Mike, 

thank you for your answer. Due to various reasons (mainly because of ProTools and Avid's upgrade policy) I still have Mac OS X 10.10.5 and I am quite happy with the OS, so I am not able to get support from Apple.

I just wanted to ask, if anybody here, using Finale has the same problem and possible solution especially for opening Speedy window by clicking left mouse in the first attempt...
