No. Generally Finale (at least recently) has been de-emphasizing automated music generation plug-ins like Band-in-a-Box. There is some indication that down the road Finale would like to take a second look at this, but nothing has been promised so far.

The closest the current version can come is the Latin Percussion generator plug-in.
