Not enough information. What are you doing exactly? We can’t follow a process that you don’t explain. 

Steps:

1. Create a new file in Finale 25 using the setup wizard. For my purposes, I'm using three vocal lines and a piano.
2. Enter the music. In my case, I use speedy note entry.
3. Save the file with a meaningful name.
4. Go to File > Export > Linked Parts to MusicXML…
5. Choose the destination folder when the file selection box appears
6. Click "yes" when the dialog box appears saying "This will overwrite existing MusicXML files with the same name as the linked part files. Do you want to continue?"
7. Observe Finale crash.

Happens every time. Obviously it doesn't matter if it's a brand new file or not. Once the process starts, it successfully generates files, then crashes.

Well, doing it that way crashed Finale for me, too — I think you found a bug. Use Submit a request at the top of the page and include the crash report.

If you generate parts from File/Extract Parts and save to a new folder, then select Translate Folder to XML, it generates the xml files without crashing Finale. It's a couple extra steps including creating a new project folder but the results are the same.

I always create a new project folder when I generate parts. Failure to do that will convert/overwrite every existing MusicXML file in whichever folder you chose when you Translate Folder to XML.

Do you have any Izotope plugins installed? I saw a reference to Neutron 2 AU in the report but I installed that just yesterday. I couldn't tell if that was relevant.
