Printing Issues Windows 10

Greetings,

I am having the issue where Finale won't show the score and parts in the print dialog box. I have followed the steps found at https://makemusic.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002982207-Score-and-parts-options-missing-from-Print-dialog-box-Windows- and have had no luck

I am running a Microsoft Surface Book with Performance Base. I have Finale 25.4.1.152.

I had this problem when I was trying to print to the Microsoft XPS Document Writer. Switching back to a real printer didn't help. The only way I could get the dialog box to work was to close down and restart. What a pain. I know there was an earlier thread on this issue, and I was hoping that Makemusic would either fix the problem in the latest release, or fix the inadequate PDF writer in Finale.

I've tried to close down and restart, and it has still not worked.
