Does Finale 25 need as much time as Finale 2014 to load sounds? I find the playback in Finale 2014:5 extremely slow and hassling. I don´t have the same problem in Sibelius, Notion or Dorico. Anyone knows?

In Finale 25, the time to apply Human Playback before playback has been reduced significantly. It is now almost instantaneous.

IMO loading VST (Aria) sounds (as opposed to HP) depends on the speed of your computer (HD speed, bus speed, etc.)

I know that, still there is a vast difference between Finale 14.5 and Sibelius, Notion and Dorico. Seems unnessecary!

For HP, as I said, version 25 is a clear improvement over 2014.5. For the rest, I don't know.

Try the 25 demo.
