I deleted my entire windows 10 laptop. Re set it up with Win 10 then upgraded to Win 11. Then I reloaded my Finales 26 from a flash drive and did all the updates upto 27.3. All my files work fine except 2 things: The Mixer takes 15-25 seconds to open. Also when you open 6+ files, when you play them then close all 6, as you save and close the script changes to symbols and possibly foreign language.

My first recommendation is to delete Finale completely, then download 27 from your MM Account and reinstall.

You have a font issue plus I don’t know what else. Start with clean install and see if you still have a problem. It would seuprise me if this isn’t the first thing that MM Support recommends, also.

I agree with Mike, "... I reloaded my Finales 26 from a flash drive ", was not a good idea. Go d/l a clean install.
