When using Finale Printmusic 2014, as I open a file, I am seeing an error message saying Audio engine failed to load.  Most of the help I am seeing that walks you through this is for Finale, not PrintMusic, so not all of the things to click on to fix this on Finale are present in PrintMusic.  The program is also acting funky now.  I have a pickup measure and it won't let me adjust a mistake a made in it.  The program is randomly shutting down as I click on something or try to cut and paste something.  I primarily work on my desk top, but the same issue is occurring now on my laptop, meaning I don't think it's a computer issue.  Please help.

Thank you Peter.  I appreciate you reaching out so quickly.  Windows.  Also, I tried to download the full version of Finale and when I tried to open a Finale file to see if I could get sound on Finale as opposed to PrintMusic, the same "audio engine failed to load" error popped up so now I am more inclined to believe it is a computer issue.  But I am so very computer illiterate so if you could help me, walk me through exactly what I need to do to fix this issue.
