Welcome to the forum! You can create the chord suffix 5 in the Chord Suffix Editor. Also, you can define playback in the Chord Suffix Editor. Just click the button Set Play… To get fretboard diagrams you must use the Fretboard Editor, and edit all 12 transpositions of the chord.
