Rolled chords entered with the articulation tool don't play back as rolled. I've reviewed the appropriate entry in the User Manual and tried both "human playback - normal" and "human playback - none", but both simply produce a "block" chord, not a rolled one. Help!

Are you using the gliss tool, or the arpeggio articulation?

I can get rolled chords, except on the first chord of a piece, since Finale cannot anticipate the first note of a piece.

 

Granted, the rolls/arpeggios are not super (in MIDI SoftSynth) and not idea even in Garritan or NotePerformer, but there is a playback result to the rolled/arpeggio articulation (#38)
