I submitted a support request ten days ago.
And another one recently.
It doesn't appear this product is being supported any more.
Is that correct, or does it normally take 1-2 weeks to respond to a support request.
Anyhow, my problems is that Personal Orchestra 5 takes several attempts to download without freezing, and upon extraction, there is no installation file.
Is there anyway to install into an existing player?
