Both the Simple Entry Tool and the Speedy Entry Tool have a Flip Tie command.

You can find it if you look in the sub-menus:

Simple menu > Simple Edit Commands > Modify Entry > Flip Tie

Speedy menu > Tie Direction > Flip

Also, in the Special Tools Tool there is a sub-tool called Tie Tool which has the same Tie Direction sub-menu as the Speedy Entry Tool.
