I used hyperscribe extensively in a previous version of Finale.  Now that I've gotten the 2017 version, I'm trying to use it, and it's not working.  I've gone through every step in the hyperscribe tutorial a few times.  Audio is working.  Simple entry is working from MIDI keyboard.  But when I select the hyperscribe tool and select a measure, there's no click and no recording when I play the keyboard.

You probably will not get many replies until you provide more info (e. g. Windows or Mac OS).

At the top of this forum there is a post called

I recommend that you take a good look at the post.
