Instant Orchestra Version = v1.05
Aria Player Version = v1.959
Aria Engine Version = v1.967
Hello I recently started using Instant Orchestra not too long ago and noticed that a lot of the string patches and even the other categories of patches lack a lot of legato. It is almost impossible to write a melody with a supporting harmony without having a lot of separation between the notes. It honestly sounds pretty tacky and unrealistic. I use musescore to write my melody and harmony and make sure I place slurs in the score and then I export as a midi. I open the aria player and try to render the playback offline but it always has a lack of legato. Even when I turn up the release envelope there is still a noticeable separation between notes and it doesn't sound cantabile at all. I've also tried turning on the expression switch but still receive the same sound. I would like for my string passages to sound cantabile and legato and not be choppy. Is there something I am missing or a feature I am not utilizing correctly?
Thanks
