I doubt there was much that changed between .2 to .3 that would affect Finale. It's mostly all the AI stuff and bug fixes.

Every Finale customer can get the upgrade to Dorico; and you get a "free" Finale 27 thrown in! And yes, you can install different Finales on your PC at the same time.
