Playback is not working, either with the playback toolbar or with the spacebar/click on a bar. The cursor doesn't move and the beat/bar counter isn't moving either. But when I export an audio file it works fine. I use the NotePerformer 4 version. It worked before I went on holiday, now it isn't. Perhaps Finale is still on vacation?

MakeMusic won’t be open again till tomorrow but this is a Users board — we aren’t MakeMusic.
I find that, when I have issues with NotePerformer, going over the NP manual finds the solution (usually User Error on my part).
Audio driver conflicts in Windows can be an issue for some users. Have you installed or updated anything new recently?
That said, reinstalling Finale first and NotePerformer second might solve the problem on its own.
