I'm trying to draw a fall-off using the glissando tool. The fall lasts over several measures. The trouble is, as soon as it crosses the first measure line, it immediately attaches to the next note it finds a few measures later. When I go to the Smart Shape menu and click to uncheck "attach to noteheads" it won't uncheck. 

Now before you give me other options to create a fall-off, I know I can do it another way. I just want to bring this to the attention of the community so it can be fixed.

I am using Finale 25.5 for Windows. I know there are new versions. Does anyone know if this has been addressed in 26 or 27?
