I remember that for a score I could place the tempi on top and before the strings, the same with instrument and piano in both. Now I don't find how to do it. mac Sonoma finale 27

I am not a Mac user but Finale 27 has issues with Sonoma perhaps this another one. An updated version of Finale will be available soon in Finale 27.4.

We have very good Mac people on the forum so one may have a better answer for you.

Select Edit Categories, select the Tempo Marks category and modify its Score List.

P.S. : the compatibility with Sonoma has been confirmed by MakeMusic.
