Finale v25 keeps crashing whenever I try to enter notes. It will let me playback and use other tools, but whenever I try to enter a note, it crashes. Please help fix!

Windows Finale or Mac Finale?
- what version? - perhaps the latest free update for v25 ?
When you try to enter notes, what entry method are you using?
- clicking, computer keyboard or MIDI keyboard?
- Speedy Entry Tool ? - or Simple Entry Tool ? - or ?
What version of Mac OS ?
Using a newer Mac OS version with an older Finale version (which was developed for an older Mac OS version) could mean compatibility issues.
Also, please specify the steps you’ve already taken (to solve the problem), so that we can rule out things.
- Have you tried trashing your Preferences file ?
- Rebooted ?
