The spacing at a time signature is a document specific setting = “global” for all the measures in the entire document.

yes a keyboard shortcut, like cmd4 cmd 5 for the other spacing choices...

Utilities menu > Music Spacing > Apply Time Signature Spacing to Current Part/Score

Mac Finale does not have a “built in” keyboard shortcut for {Apply Time Signature Spacing to Current Part/Score}.

But you can create your own, custom keyboard shortcut, via Mac OS

System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts

If you need instructions on, how to do so, let us know.

I seldom use Time Signature Spacing, and I have not created a custom shortcut for it.
