Finale v26 windows/Windows 11

When my computer updated to Windows 11, the quarter note heads all print as FFF markings.  I've tried erasing and inputting them again but it is still not working.  Any suggestions?

Welcome to the forum!

 

This sounds like a font issue.

The first thing to try is to make sure that the music fonts are correctly installed.

 

As a test (not as a solution), check whether the music fonts display correctly in other programs (like e. g. in a word processor).

I am not sure trying a word processor program would tell anything unless you used the same font as you did in Finale. You can reinstall just the fonts and that probably a good idea to try. Perhaps a complete reinstall of Finale is a better idea.

I see you still have v26 now may be a good time to upgrade to 27.4.1. It is well worth it, IMHO, of course.

It turns out it's a Kyocera printer issue.
