No idea. The Lite version is included with Finale. The Pro version is a paid upgrade as is Home.

BTW, TG Tools v3.00beta3 for Finale 25 (64 bit) is out.  

Finding it on the web site is difficult but if you open any of the included 'Lite' TG Tools plugins, you can find this site by clicking About and Go.
