Hi,

I'm trying to buy Finale 25 online and I get this message: "Error Creating Card Authorization Transaction for customer: 1632136." Why?

You'll need to contact Customer support.

Scroll to the top of this page, and click on "Submit a request" next to your username.

The people who post answers here do not work for MakeMusic.

Hi Christian,

I've looked up your account, and I see that you were able to successfully place an order on the website. I double-checked with our credit card processor, and I noticed that the first few attempts with unsuccessful, but that you did eventually get through. Let me know if you have any other questions about the order!
