I am using windows 10, but my operating system is not the issue.  The problem is that I purchased the product from another supplier, like I have done for a number of years, but now I cannot get past the serial number.  It always gives me an error.  It asks for two separate numbers.  If I use the number the supplier gave me, the I get the error.  If I use my previous serial number it simply takes me to finale 2014.5 which I already have.  Since I purchased this on line about three weeks ago or so, I am anxious to use it but can not download due to the serial number issue.  So, what is going on?  This is from the Sign in Window
