Define/create/duplicate-and-modify it as an expression in the Tempo section.

You'll likely have to combine a bunch of fonts to get everything as you wish. You can set the tempo in the playback tab of the expression creation screen.

(You may need to set tempo as one expression and add the swing/shuffle as a separate, hidden expression.)

Thanks Adrian! It would be nice if such a tool would be integrated in de next version of Finale, becouse IMHO this is a common thing in scores of rock music.
