I am using Finale 2014.5.  After making several entries into a piece of music the program ceases to work properly . Manny of the tools refuse to work.I have to restart the program. The same problems occur. I brought this to the attention of the support department. They recommended that I trash the preference file.  I have done this numerous times. The program works fine for a while and then reverts to the same problems. I am at a loss as to what to do.   Something is probably corrupt in the program that I can't fix.  I do not have the Finale disks sine I have downloaded the program from the website. I can't work like this. Please advise
