Hi I actually bought Finale 2014 in November, 2015, but did not decide to install on my laptop until today. When I went to load it I was asked for the serial number. I looked at the location on the DVD package where it is supposed to be and it is not there. I looked all over and no serial number that I could find. I saw a similar post, but it was in a foreign language. I have the receipt when I bought it with a confirmation number. How can I get the serial number so I can start using it? I have Windows 10, 16 GB RAM, Intel i7 Gen 6 processor.

You should be able to find your serial number under My Account at the Finale web site. If you do not remember your access you need to contact Finale via the "Submit a request" link above.

Thank you Mr Verkouteren. Question answered. Went to Finale website, logged in and as directed - looked under My Account, and there it was.

I too have a reappearing screen asking me to register, however I get a notice stating that my serial number is not on file, using the website serial number will not change the outcome.

That sounds like a possible back end account issue. We should be able to get it sorted; I will go ahead and open a ticket with you to address this one.
