Hi I bought the upgrade from Finale 2010 which I originally had on my Windows computer. I now has an Apple Mac Pro. The upgrade downloaded but I cannot open it. Please advise.

By "upgrade" you mean Finale v25, the one just issued? What happens when you try to open it on your Mac?

What OS?

 

OS 10.12 Sierra has a bug and zipped files do not always decompress properly. Though I have not had a problem with Finale, I have with others. Until Apple gets that fixed, you can download Keka (freeware). Drop any zipped file onto it and it will now decompress correctly.

If not on Sierra, this cannot be your problem. We will need more information.
