I HAVE WINDOWS 11 AND FINALE 27.4

I CAN PRINT THE SCORE WITHOUT ANY ISSUE.

WHEN I TRY TO PRINT PARTS THEY SHOW UP COMPLETELY BLANK.  NO STAFFS OR NOTES.

Can you print the parts to PDF?

There are a couple things but if you could u/l the offending file to a Dropbox or google drive, etc and share it with us so we can have a look I am sure we can find out the problem.

BTW, press you caps lock key it seems to be on.
