Error Message From Authorization Server: Unable to locate serial number on file

What is this?

I can authorize on another Computor.

Please teach me the way tho Authorizing

The internet setting problem?

If you log into the  MyAccount link at the http://finalemusic.com site, you can verify the serial number(s) MM has on file for you. That might be a good first step.

I had this exact problem using the Chrome browser when I upgraded a few months ago. I was successful in FireFox. Because of that, I didn't try Safari but it probably works.

 

Windows users should try Explorers, of course.
