Using Mac 10.12 and Finale 2014.5. When I interact with the tuplet dialogue box, I select "nothing" for both number and shape, but the "3's" still show in the score. Any thoughts?

I found that selecting the measures I wanted and then using Utilities > Change > Tuplets allowed me to remove the numbers and brackets on tuplets even if I had the wrong layer selected, so I'm puzzled by the difficulty you are having.

Thanks, J Adrian V--I didn't realize I could perform this change through Utilities>Change. Easy!
