How do I hide tuplet indicators globally (on every measure except the first)?

Using Mac 10.12 and Finale 2014.5. When I interact with the tuplet dialogue box, I select "nothing" for both number and shape, but the "3's" still show in the score. Any thoughts? Thanks.
