I am using Finale 25 on Mac OS 10.11.6.

I would like to be able to show expressions which apply to all staves (such as tempos, tempo changes, rehearsal marks) on staves other than the top staff. I have figured out how to control which staff/staves they are assigned to, but they simply don't show up  on staves other than the top staff. How do I make them visible on other staves? 

For example, I have a cello part, which also includes a staff with the vocal line to make coordination easier (see picture). The vocal staff is reduced in size. Right now the "accel", the E, and the quarter=84 marks, appear only above the vocal staff and they are also reduced in size, which is not very useful for the cellist. I want them to appear above the cello staff, full size. How do I do this?
