Using Finale 25.  (2015+).  Can't seem to keep the 'Special Tools' tool bar on my screen.  Everytime I select something, apply it and move on it goes away.  I have to keep calling it up to use it.  I have had this problem before in previous versions. Seems to happen with each upgrade.   I think there is some history and solution to this in my account but I can 't find it.  I would like to have any tool bar I want to be visible at all times.
