There are tons of virtual instruments out there, from free to very expensive. There's no list for Finale that I'm aware of. But if you want things to work "out of the box", stick with the Garritan libraries, they're also the most affordable. There are many others besides Garritan, but you'll need to create custom HP preferences to make them work.

I already have the JABB and Personal Orchestra from Garritan.  I take it there are no additional Garritan libraries w/ different sounds?

Interesting about the custom HP for other libraries...  Let's say I use Garritan and/or Aria player plus some other library such as UVI Orchestral Suite.  Is it possible to have one HP setting for Garritan/Aria and a different HP setting for UVI?  I didn't think having multiple HP setup would be possible to assign?
