I clicked the upgrade prompt when I opened the program this morning and lost pretty much a full days work.
All my VST instruments disappeared, it keeps asking me to authorize again, I get error messages that lock the
program up so that I can't even close it. Up until now, I've never encountered any real glitches, so... What's
going on?

Hi Jim,
That certainly sounds odd - it sounds like perhaps the update did not completely install. So, I would like you to go ahead and try logging into your MakeMusic account using this link, clicking the green Download button in the "Finale v25" section to download the full installer, and then run the full installer. Please be sure that all applications are closed (this browser is an exception) and then restart your computer after completing the full installer.
You do not need to uninstall or deauthorize anything before running the full installer. If prompted to reauthorize upon opening Finale again, please authorize using your serial number.
Does this help clear some of those odd errors up?
You need to specify your OS. Is it Windows 10?
