Kontakt 5.6.5 and Finale 2014.5 (on El Capitan)

Back in July, the last time I used Kontakt 5 with Finale 2014.5 all was well. Yesterday, I updated to Kontakt 5.6.5 and now Finale no longer acknowledges the NI product. Incompatibility bug? Please help. Thanks. I have also sent this same question to Native Instruments.

Make sure you're using the 32bit version of Kontakt. (the 64bit version has the same name, so it's easy to mismatch them)

Does the installer offer a 32bit or Universal version? Theses a lot of speculation that 32bit is no longer supported in Kontakt 5.6.

If that's the case, you need to either update Finale to 25 or revert Kontakt to 5.5.2. Finale 2014.5 and earlier cannot see 64bit only plugins.

According to NI Support, Kontakt 5.6.5 does not support 32bit on the Macintosh.

I'll have my copy in a few days and will know for certain. For now, I believe Native Instruments

Apparently, 32bit still exists for Windows.
