So how can we help?

1. Are you trying to eliminate empty staves on various pages, or
2. Are you trying to combine multiple parts on a single staff?
3. Or is there something else?

You haven't given us much to go on. (We are Finale users, not mind readers.)

A list of the staff instruments would be a starting point.

My orchestra size is  woodwinds 4 ( maderas a 4 ) I mean 4 flutes , 4 oboes, 4 clarinets, etc ...plus 4 percussionist ,plus piano, celesta...its big

With the Staff Tool, make sure each stave has "Allow Hiding when Empty" checked. Then "select all" and choose "Hide Empty Staves" from the Staff Menu. You can do each page separately if you want - just highlight the staves you want hidden.

With 4 winds and 4 brass each, your score is going to look like Villa-Lobos!
