Hi Everyone! I'm using Finale 26.  There is too much space between systems on my parts.  I have selected the staff tool and clicked on the system, but it will only let me move the systems down and not up.  I've never had this problem before.  What am I missing?

Use the Page Layout tool to see if the bordering boxes for each staff are too large. You can adjust them, there.

MikeR is correct you are probably running into the system above it.
