the title is clear.

When I am in input mode tool it happens that if I press alt + arrows keys Finale quit unexpectedly.

also it happens to someone else?

You are correct. It does. The bug has been reported by many.  Wouldn't hurt to report it again.

Hi All,

 

This one has been reported to our development team and is marked to get fixed as we continue to improve Finale. Please keep an eye on our Finale blog to be kept up-to-date on announcements for future updates.

 

For what it's worth, if this is a problem for your workflow currently, both Finale (Version 25, pre-25.1 update) and Finale 2014.5 do not have this issue.
