I am not allowed to print or export any of my music because it says I need to authorize Finale on my computer, even though I already have done so twice in the past on this very same computer.

When I go to authorize it everything seems to be working fine until at the end a pop-up appears saying: 

"Error Message from Authorization Server: Your maximum number of authorizations allowed for this licence are currently in use. If you would like to remove Finale from a previously authorized computer, choose "deauthorize Finale" in the help menu..."

This puts me under the impression that Finale thinks I have authorized finale on multiple computers, which I haven't. Why does it think that, and how can I fix it? 

I currently have the newest version of Finale, and have a Windows 10 operating system, if it helps.
