My current Finale is v27.4.1.146 running on an Apple M1 system with macOS 14.6.1. Is the the latest revision? or, should I download a more recent one? Is there an index of dated revisions somewhere that could be shared?
The latest version is available for download from your MakeMusic User Account. It is v27.4.1.146.

The manual has a change-log page that details every revision. You are unlikely to find download links unless someone has them archived — MM doesn't make them available. The latest builds of any version you owned from 2012 to 26 can also be downloaded from your User account. 2011 and earlier require the CD or floppy disks.
