Used Finale almost since it started. Have watched quite a few videos on Dorico in last couple of days. Now downloaded demo Dorico 5 pro

Its really good so far. Note input very fast -  tend to use midi keyboard and pc keyboard for note values. 

If rest of program is as quick and easy I'll be very pleased.

Recommend starting with their 'learn Dorico' tutorials.

I figure if one can create a piano score, then around 75% of the things you need to know will have been learnt

This is just a quick post of my finding s so far for anyone thinking of trying out the demo.

Will definately buy the program if I'm still getting along with it after a few houes/days!
