I have purchased Dorico on August 28 using my bank credit card that has been charged $160. and change.

I need help to address this problem so I can download my purchase!!

Hi Richard, this is a users support board. MakeMusic looks in but almost never responds. All of us who post are users like you. The way to contact them directly is through the Submit a request link at the top of every page.

I recommend removing your contract and other personal information from your Post. None of us can do that.

Judging from the amount charged it’s likely one of two things: a) you live in a state or country where the MM store is required to collect sales taxes or VAT on software. b) If the amount is “pending” on your statement, it can be a temporary verification amount—these are resolved and corrected the final sale is posted. If MM tells you that you were charged only $149, that is what is happening.
